You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Convzr complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Your Account
Some Convzr features may require an account in the future.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials secure.
- Providing accurate information.
- Not sharing access with unauthorized users.
- Notifying us of unauthorized account activity.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Convzr to:

Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for:
- The accuracy of product information provided to Convzr.
- Compliance with applicable ecommerce, privacy, and consumer protection laws.
- Reviewing AI-generated content where business-critical accuracy is required.
- Obtaining any permissions or consents required to collect and process customer information.
AI-Generated Responses
Convzr uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, product information, and conversational responses.
Although we work to improve accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or omissions.
Merchants are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or other important decisions.
Convzr does not guarantee that every AI response will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation.
Integrations
Convzr may integrate with third-party platforms and services, including ecommerce platforms, analytics providers, messaging services, payment providers, and AI services.
Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
Convzr and its associated software, branding, website content, and technology are owned by Convzr or its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Merchants retain ownership of their own products, content, and business data.
Subscription & Payments
Some Convzr services may require payment.
Pricing, billing cycles, and subscription details will be presented before purchase.
Future payment processing may be handled through trusted third-party providers, including Razorpay or other payment partners.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of paid services.
Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Convzr may experience downtime due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to the Service
We may add, modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Convzr if:
- These Terms are violated.
- The service is used unlawfully.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Convzr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Convzr shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Convzr for the affected service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Convzr and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of Convzr.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of applicable laws.
- Your infringement of another party’s rights.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
